Payments
We offer secure online ordering via PayPal using Paypal accounts as well as Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively if live in Australia and would like to pay by direct deposit just go to the contact page and send us a message.

Postage

We aim to process & ship your order within 2-3 business days from when it is placed and will keep you updated by email. Postage within Australia generally takes 2-5 working days. International postage varies between 1-3 weeks. Australia Post fees are determined by the weight of the items purchased and the destination address. We ship internationally using airmail.

Exchange  and Return Policy
Penjerrick is happy to exchange size, colour or even style if you have chosen incorrectly. If you cannot find anything suitable to replace your original purchase, a credit note may be issued. This is valid for six months. If you need to return a purchase, please do so within seven days, and please take the time to carefully package your item to ensure its safe arrival. Items lost, stolen or damaged in transit will not be credited. In order to accept returns, items must be in their original condition/packaging and free from signs of wear. This includes make-up, perfume, deoderant marks and food stains.
